Get Involved In A Street Art Workshop At Boxpark Shoreditch

Fan of street art and whisky? LABEL 5 will be hosting a FREE one-day event at Boxpark Shoreditch, offering visitors the chance to try their hand at street art under the expert guidance of Graffiti Kings – or just kick-back with a cocktail at the LABEL 5 pop-up bar.

Drop-in graffiti workshops
If you’ve always wanted to try graffiti but never known where to start, some one-on-one time with the Graffiti Kings could be exactly what you are looking for.

We’ll be inviting people to unleash their creative side and get involved in an interactive street art workshop inspired by the number 5, hosted by the world-famous Graffiti Kings collective. Graffiti Kings ran a graffiti workshop for the cast of Hollywood blockbuster Suicide Squad, so you’ll be in good hands!

The artists will teach you tips and tricks that will help if you’re a total novice or a more experienced painter and support you to find your own street art style. All levels of ability are welcome, and workshops are totally free to attend.

Label 5 pop-up bar
The fun doesn’t stop there. Mixologists will be serving up a variety of complimentary street-art inspired cocktails from a pop-up LABEL 5 bar – perfect for enjoying in the sunshine and watching the graffiti artists at work, from the comfort of a deckchair.

Cocktails will be made with award-winning LABEL 5 Scotch Whisky, renowned for its high quality and smoothness.

The Label 5 live street art workshop and pop-up bar will take place on Friday 20 July from 12 – 7pm at The Square at Boxpark Shoreditch, 2-10 Bethnal Green Road, London, E1 6GY – situated opposite Shoreditch High Street station. Graffiti sessions will run throughout the day, no booking necessary. The event is free to attend but restricted to over 18’s only.

This year, LABEL 5 launched a bold new campaign ‘The Power of 5’, a street art world tour bringing together five leading street artists from key cities around the globe. UK artist David Shillinglaw created a colourful mural in London’s Brick Lane, featuring floating hieroglyphics all inspired by the number 5.
