Put your best foot forward and experience your city in a whole new way, while helping Shelter fight bad housing and homelessness. Runners are invited to explore the sights and streets of urban London by completing our unique 15-mile route across the city, which begins at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and stretches along the Thames to Putney. Sign up as a solo runner or grab three friends and discover the capital as a group of four.
Shelter has worked tirelessly for over 50 years so that no one has to fight bad housing or homelessness alone. Despite this, our worsening housing crisis means that a staggering 1 in 53 people are homelessness in London – meaning we need the public’s support more than ever. Not only will participants be raising funds for Shelter’s much-needed services, but they’ll have a brilliant time doing it. All runners are kitted out with a technical running top, provided with chip-timed results and receive a sparkling medal and free sports massage at the end of the race!
