Tour De Force, launched by Santander and Transport for London (TfL), is London’s first sightseeing cycle tour of landmarks linked with pioneering and inspirational women from the past and present.

You'll take specially designed Santander Cycles bearing the iconic colours of the suffragette movement (purple, white and green, if you didn't already know) for a two hour guided ride across London where you will hear the stories of women from all walks of life whose amazing achievements have helped to shape the city, the nation and the world.

The route begins at the Santander Cycles docking station by the Serpentine Sackler Gallery in Hyde Park and ends at Waterloo Place at the statue of Florence Nightingale, with commentary on each of the landmarks visited along the way provided by an experienced tour guide.

Among the many fantastic sights you will see are the new statue of suffragist Millicent Fawcett (the first female statue in Parliament Square) and the memorial for heroic WW2 undercover operative Violette Szabo.

Please note this event is strictly 18+ only.
