Mortimer House Kitchen in Fitzrovia is delighted to announce the launch of its original Menu Masterclass series this autumn.
Masterclasses will be held monthly with six spaces in each class which can be booked individually or as a group. The first of the four unique and exclusive masterclasses will be held on Wednesday 26th September, hosted in the intimate Kitchen Table located on the first floor within adjoining Mortimer House.
To kick off the series, participants will be cooking Mortimer House Kitchen’s celebrated Buffalo Ricotta Ravioli with Winter Black Truffle, a delightfully decadent autumn staple dish. During the class, guests can expect to refine their gastronomic skills using the finest ingredients, with guidance from Mortimer House Kitchen’s expert Executive Chef. Running from 6:30pm until 8:30pm and with classes being limited to six spaces, each masterclass will be an intimate and informal educational cooking experience.
The Menu Masterclasses series will run monthly throughout autumn where guests will be cooking a variety of dishes from Mortimer House Kitchen’s Mediterranean menu including; Tuesday 23rd October, two dishes of Courgette Spaghetti with fresh pistachio pesto, smoked ricotta and Scallop Ceviche at £40, Wednesday 14th November, the famous Mortimer House Burger with the delightfully sweet Vanilla ice cream to finish at £40. Finally, as Christmas approaches on Wednesday 12th December guests will be cooking up a variety of festive, seasonal dishes at £50 per person. Ticket price includes a glass of wine upon arrival, complimentary tequila and all food.
