We're super-excited to welcome our new brick animals and they've been a long time in the making. Sam the short-eared owl took an amazing 80 hours to build with an incredible 37,884 LEGO bricks.
All LEGO brick animals have been inspired by real species across our WWT centres. Returning favourites include the North American river otter, a nene (the world’s rarest goose), a giant kingfisher and frog.
