This World Mental Health Day (10th October), help raise money for The Mental Health Foundation and raise awareness about mental wellbeing by finding an inner calm with the help of yoga and mindfulness.

As hosted by MoreYoga at Mindspace Shoreditch, the one-off event will be a guided yoga, mindfulness and meditation workshop session for those looking to find mental wellbeing through this ancient practise.

With a talk and guided workshop by Heather Mason, Founder of the Minded Institute, the evening will delve into how yoga and meditation can be used as powerful tools in building resilience and improving mental health. Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher, Stephanie Minchin will also be present at the event to offer practical ways of improving mental resilience.

With studies proving that mindfulness and meditation can help towards better mental health, MoreYoga wants to encourage more people to open up and explore how yoga can be a pathway for healing and ongoing maintenance of good mental health.

Not only this, but there will also be a chance to win MoreYoga sessions and apparel at the event, with all donations and ticket proceeds going to The Mental Health Foundation.
