Cookbook Dinner with Doug McMaster at The Marksman in Hackney

Jon Rotherham and Tom Harris are excited to announce that they’ll be hosting chef Doug McMaster (of Silo restaurant) at the next in their hugely popular series of Cookbook Dinners at The Marksman in Hackney. Having previously worked at St John and Noma before setting up his own zero waste restaurant Silo in Brighton, Doug will be cooking from “The Futurist Cookbook”, by Filippo Tommaso Marinetti. The one-off dinner will take place on Tuesday 16th October, with tickets at £75. Previous cookbook dinner guest chefs have included Angela Hartnett, Nuno Mendes and Nathan Outlaw, to name a few.
