OCTOBER 2018 – This Halloween, The London EDITION will play host to Curse of The Red Kiss- an original, site-specific theatrical experience.

Over the course of the evening, guests will unravel the mystery of The Curse of The Red Kiss; an urban legend that claims in 1835 a beautiful young singer, with skin as pale as the moon and lips as red as blood, came to London to attend the city’s most glamorous Hallows Eve Ball.

Look closely and you will see her figure in the ornamental plasterwork of the Hotel’s lobby, but it is said that each Hallows Eve she returns to haunt and dance amongst the phantom guests.

Guests to Curse of The Red Kiss will be able to purchase tickets that include dinner in the award-winning Berners Tavern. Here they will be immersed into the fantastical world of the drama, with live entertainment and magical surprises. Tickets will include a cocktail reception followed by a decadent four-course feast including tuna crudo, beetroot tartare; Buccleuch Estate beef rib eye; and Graveyard pumpkin pie devised especially for the event by Executive Head Chef, Phil Carmichael.

Berners Tavern’s award-winning Head Sommelier Matteo Montone will also be on hand to offer guidance for the finest wines to compliment the menu and guests personal preferences.

The Hallow’s festivities will continue after dinner with more music and DJs in the opulent environs of Berners Tavern as well as the dark and Hell-ish depths of the hotel’s BASEMENT venue.
The Curse of The Red Kiss dinner party experience costs £150 per person. The price includes a cocktail reception, a four-course meal and access to the party. Guests can also opt to just attend the party; tickets to the after party cost £25 per person and includes one drink on entry.
