Nonclassical's Battle Of The Bands

Our annual Battle of the Bands contest is back – witness the best new emerging talent in the experimental music scene.

Open to groups of any size, instrumentation and aesthetic, the evening will see six finalists perform to a judging panel of industry experts – including nonclassical's Gabriel Prokofiev (Artistic Director) and Eleanor Ward (Executive Director) – for the first prize, which includes the chance to perform at one of our future nonclassical nights.

Previous Battle of the Bands performances have featured a wide-ranging mix of electronics, performance art, spoken word and acoustic works – don’t miss out on this eclectic evening of adventurous new music.
