Norvia Nutrition Launch

To celebrate its launch in the UK and Europe, Norvia has teamed up with three leading wellness coaches to host an afternoon of immersive sessions. Guests will experience all aspects of Norvia's holistic philosophy including healthy nutrition, exercise and mental wellbeing in Covent Garden's Unit London space.

You'll be guided through the Norvia wellness programme with an invigorating exercise class taken by fitness guru Emma Louise-Burrows, a food demonstration from nutritionist and health consultant Lilo Ask-Henriksen and a motivational talk from celebrated base-jumper, wing-suit pilot and motivator Tom Erik Heimen. You will also be amongst the first to try Norvia's plant-based, nutritionally-complete shakes before they are made available the masses.
