Manor presents Fight for Your Manor III, the final event of the Manor X lululemon 'StrongNotSilent' campaign; a white collar boxing event that brings people together from different Manors to test themselves in the ring and raise money for an excellent charitable cause. Each fighter is trained and matched in-house by Manor's elite fight coaches and paired with people of equal ability/ experience and weight. The boxers have been put through a gruelling 10 week training camp with some never having put on gloves before camp starts, let alone fought. They will find out who they're up against on fight night and not before.

Fight for Your Manor - StrongNotSilent

This time, FFYM is a complete Mind and Body event- we are kicking off the evening at 6.30pm with a panel on the theme of Male Vulnerability, with guest speakers leading a panel conversation and Q&A with the audience. The panel will take place in the boxing ring and will set the tone for when the boxers come out for the first fight at 8pm. There will also be StrongNotSilent t-shirts on sale for those who would like to support the campaign, with all sales proceeds going to CALM.

The Charity

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. In 2015, 75% of all UK suicides were male, with 84 ending their lives each week. CALM do front-line work to help men in distress and prevent suicide
