Enjoy a 30 - 40 minute masterclass of succulent meats including venison, pigeon and partridge as game specialists, Medstead Meats, guide you through breading, shooting and finally preparing. Watch a bird being plucked ready for roasting before indulging in a three-course wine paired dinner, hosted by Bodega Norton (Argentina) who will be popping up at your local. Knives at the ready, dishes include Wild boar terrine, port jelly, blueberries and crostini as well as Venison Faggots, shredded rabbit and saffron gravy.
