New Orleans – The Early Years

For a party style concert in our final 2018 EFG London Jazz Festival Concert at The Other Palace, we present DixieMix. This first-class band are long standing favourites with London audiences who enjoy their jazz in traditional styles. Following their sell out 2017 Festival show playing the music of Louis Armstrong, they return to play their distinctive interpretation of the Early Years of New Orleans Jazz, featuring the sounds of The Original Dixieland Jazz Band, King Oliver, Bix Beiderbecke and Jelly Roll Morton among others.
