Out of the Ashes poetry workshop

This session, we will celebrate Diwali, the festival of light; recap on the last two classes for those who have missed them; and continue to explore the theme 'Garuda' in Indian poetry and mythology, which has a special significance for Diwali.

Special Indian sweets will be part of the refreshments. Please let us know if you have any allergies/intolerances.

No previous experience in writing poetry is necessary to attend any OUT OF THE ASHES session, though a serious interest in commitment and attendance is preferred. If you already write poems, please bring a poem with you which is a finished or work in progress poem in order to receive feedback from the group.
