- Joshua Homme

The Nick Alexander Memorial Trust is delighted to announce that 2018’s instalment of A Peaceful Noise, a very special night of acoustic rock & roll, will be held at Bush Hall on 24th November featuring a spectacular line up in aid of The Nick Alexander Memorial Trust and Josh Homme’s Sweet Stuff Foundation.

Taking over London’s stunning Bush Hall, A Peaceful Noise are incredibly proud to divulge the line-up for the third instalment of this annual charity event.

Topping the bill will be the unstoppable Tom Grennan with an exclusive intimate acoustic performance. Having sold out a string of gigs after releasing his top five debut album, Tom has recently been climbing up the ranks to the forefront of British music. Known for his collaborations with Chase & Status, Bugsy Malone and many more, Tom will be showcasing his impressive talent in this stripped back set. With a headline tour under their belts plus a plethora of festivals slots, daring indie-rockers, The Hunna have managed to squeeze A Peaceful Noise into their busy schedules ensuring the party gets well underway in a true APN style! Recently making the break to a solo artist from The Duke Spirit, Liela Moss will be on hand to hypnotise the audience with her emotional, expansive melodies. Plus hotly tipped Sophie and the Giants will be putting their own twist on pop.

Compering this incredible line up on the night will be Radio X presenter and new music guru, John Kennedy.

Founded in the aftermath of the terror attack at the Bataclan in 2015 all proceeds from the A Peaceful Noise will go to the Nick Alexander Memorial Trust, a UK registered charity established in memory of Nick Alexander who was killed in the attack, which awards grants for musical instruments and equipment to community groups and small charities across the UK and Sweet Stuff Foundation which gives financial assistance to musicians struggling with illness and disability.

Over the last two years A Peaceful Noise has raised over £45,000 for The Nick Alexander Memorial Trust allowing them to fund several life-changing music projects across the UK.

'A Peaceful Noise' and the Memorial Trust were established with the single purpose of turning the tragedy of the Bataclan attack into something positive, meaningful and future-looking with music at its heart. It seems that these opportunities to stand together and celebrate life and music are more vital now than ever so please join us on November 24th and celebrate music’s unique ability to unite people as equals whilst raising vital funds to help us continue changing lives through music.
