Ceuta, Prison by the Sea (Ceuta, Douce Prison):
With no voice-over or added commentary, Ceuta, Prison by the Sea is a powerful documentary that focuses on the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, in northern Morocco, which has become a hub for an increasing number of refugees from Africa and Asia. The candid conversations of the residents of the CETI (the temporary immigrant stay centre) take the viewers through, not only the daily lives of refugees in Ceuta, but their hopes, longings and relationships with loved ones at home.
