The Botanist’s Frozen Foraged Garden at Finsbury Square

Slide into the winter season with The Botanist Gin and their new Frozen Foraged Garden at Finsbury Avenue Square on 29th-30th November 2018. The Botanist Gin will be transforming Broadgate into a winter garden complete with a floral ice walled bar, where specialty ice cubes infused with botanicals will garnish your The Botanist and Tonic.

Step into the Scottish island of Islay without leaving London and experience the beautiful remote island, guiding you to winter wilderness where perfectly picked gin cocktails await. The beautifully crafted ice wall will feature a meter-high The Botanist bottle carved out of ice and filled with florals and botanicals expertly foraged for this special occasion - and you can chip away your perfect botanical ice cube to go alongside your chosen cocktail for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Take a seat in this winter woodland, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket on a swinging chair and enjoy a range of classic and seasonal cocktails, all made with The Botanist’s artisanal handcrafted gin. If classic cocktails are up your street, you can enjoy a The Botanist Gin and Tonic, and truly #BeTheBotanist foraging through a selection of iced botanicals such as gorse, bringing out the taste of coconut, or you can also try a Grapefruit Highball, made with The Botanist gin and Douglas Fir syrup, and topped with soda - bringing out Christmas flavours and a slight grapefruit twist made with locally sourced ingredients.

If something sweet is what you’re after (it is the holiday season after all!) why not try The Botanist Bramble, made with The Botanist Gin, lemon and honey water, all topped off with a drizzle of Aelder Wild Elderberry Elixir and fresh rosemary. And if all these icy treats are making you chilly, you can also enjoy The Botanist Mulled Gin, made with The Botanist gin, a perfectly seasonal spiced syrup containing ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, and topped with warm cloudy apple juice.
