Hamleys Bubbles with Activity for National Science Week

Celebrate National Science Week with Professor Bubbles – Hamleys’ very own whacky scientist. Throughout the week Professor Bubbles will be conducting experiments using an assortment of Hamleys’ science kits, showcasing the wonders and fun that comes with science.

Running into its 24th year, National Science Week is dedicated to celebrating science, technology, engineering, and maths – the very elements that go into making the perfect toy. In support of National Science Week, Professor Bubbles will be demonstrating how to create a volcanic eruption from chemical reactions, stretching kids’ imagination with Hamleys 6-1 Science Super Kit and of course, creating a lot of bubbles.

For kids that like colourful and reactive science, Clomp the Beaker Creature from outer space and his friends will be conducting science experiments on the third floor at Hamleys’ flagship store on Regent Street, Saturday 9th – Sunday 10th March, with lots of free giveaways including posters and balloons. The following weekend, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March, kids will have the chance to take control of Botley®, the coding robot at the Learning Resources fun and interactive stand on the third floor.
