Singaporean street food legends, Hawker Chan, and A Noodle Story, will be bringing their signature dishes to London for a unique ‘taste of Singapore’ pop-up at KERB’s King’s Cross street food market this March in collaboration with Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group.

The world’s first Michelin-starred street food trader, Hawker Chan, will return to London following his sold out 2018 pop-up, where 1,200 Michelin-starred lunches were served over three days, with another iconic dish – his char siew pork and rice. This year, he will also be joined by the rising stars and next generation of Singapore street food talent, A Noodle Story, who will be serving their legendary Bib Gourmand awarded Singapore-style ramen for the first time in the UK.

For three days only, Londoners will be able to enjoy a Singaporean street food lunch, paying just £6 per dish.

Customers who visit this pop-up will also be able to enter a competition run by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group. By posting a picture or video at the pop-up market and sharing their experience on social media using hashtags #KERBSingapore and #SingaporeAir, entrants will stand the chance to win a three-night Singapore Stopover Holiday, including flights, accommodation and entry to selected attractions.
