‘From Mamma to Mum’ Celebrate Mother’s Day with a Pasta Masterclass

Our appetite for mums cooking remains long after the plates are cleared and forms many of our food tastes and memories. Reconnect over food this Mother’s Day with pasta making and lunch at newly opened Puglian restaurant, Terra Rossa on Upper Street.

On Saturday 30th March or Sunday 31st March, treat her to an exclusive pasta making masterclass, hosted by a true Italian mamma. Flying in from Puglia in Southern Italy, Antoinetta Fracella, will be bringing her skill and knowledge to the pasta table. For just £45pp, learn the art of hand rolling ‘Tria’ (ribbon style pasta) and gnocchi, as well as experimenting with wholemeal pasta doughs, creating different shapes and sizes. A three- course lunch will follow, where mums will be able to enjoy fresh pasta dishes and other regional specialities, alongside a glass of wine or prosecco.
