AYB Mothers Day Special Workshop

At Your Beat is the UK’s most inclusive dance and fitness company. In just 2 years, AYB has become the class of choice for celebs, models, influencers, fitness industry leaders and hundreds of men and women in London and New York, who want a workout that feels more like a party!

For Mother’s Day this year, AYB are hosting a 1.5 hour special workshop for you to come and dance with your mum! AYB is one of the most diverse and inclusive dance companies, and we want to cater towards all ages and levels, and we believe that no matter what age you are, what stage of life you’re in, whether you’re single, taken, a mother or a daughter, you can move, groove and express your confidence and feels in your own skin. We want this workshop to provide you with an opportunity to dance and have fun with your mum, and potentially even kick start a regular activity that you and your mum can both enjoy together!

It will be a LyricalBEAT workshop to track ‘Dancing with a stranger’ by Sam Smith and Normani, LyricalBEAT helps you find a deeper connection to music through freedom of movement and expression. We pay close attention to your use of breath, performance and how to utilise your raw emotions. Our instructor Marta has designed the class for beginners, so if you or your mum have never danced before, we’ve got you! Why not come and support each other in your dance journeys!
