Everyone knows Mum Knows Best, and St Pancras International station wants you to share your infinite wisdom with the nation’s shoppers, as well as fundraise for a great charity, Women’s Aid!
Picking up the perfect gift can be stressful, so to help visitors tackle the tricky task this year, St Pancras International are recruiting official Mums in Residence. The station’s assembly of volunteers will be on hand at the iconic London destination to help peruse its wealth of premium shops and find the perfect gift for every mum out there - from fashion and beauty products and food and drink, through to technology and entertainment.
From the 23rd- 29th March, visitors to the station will be able enlist the help of the stations Mums in Residence on certain days, to help them find a beautiful gift this Mother’s Day – in return for the service, users will be asked to offer a donation to Women’s Aid and St Pancras will also donate to the charity for every Mum recruited.

About the role
The role of the official ‘Mums in Residence’ will involve helping Londoners, commuters, national and international travelers find the ideal gift for their mum ahead of Mother’s Day. You’ll be required to navigate the station, direct shoppers towards the best gifts for their mum and encourage donations to Women’s Aid.
A £20 St Pancras International Gift Card will be provided to every mum to purchase lunch and refreshments and they’ll also be equipped with some official ‘Mums in Residence’ gear for the day too.
In addition, you will be helping the station to raise incremental funds for Women’s Aid this Mother’s Day, a grassroots federation working together to provide life-saving services and build a safer future for women and children.

Applicants should contact firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 15th March stating why they’d like to become a Mum in Residence, including an outline of their shopping experience and availability for the dates above. Successful applicants will be contacted the following week to confirm their place and arrangements.
