Street food operator, KERB, heads to Southbank Centre for a weekend dedicated to supporting and celebrating the future of London’s street food over the Easter Bank Holiday (April 18–22). The inKERBator Weekender will see 25 hot new traders battle it out in front of a daily panel of industry judges, alongside free workshops and panel talks for London’s budding food entrepreneurs.

Over five days, Londoners will feast on mouth-watering £5.00 dishes from a curated line-up, ranging from the newest inKERBator batch to those who’ve successfully graduated the programme. Be the first to spot the latest talent hitting the streets of London or discover some of your KERB favourites. With vegan Thai dishes served up by Greedy Khao, adventurous Aztec cuisine from Mexikings, and current inKERBator’s and Filipino Pittmasters Turo Turo bringing the flavour direct from Manila! And be sure to seek out Cally Munchy’s Suya Steak and Jollof ‘n’ Peas with West African food tipped as a hot trend for 2019.

Alongside the incredible food KERB is famed for, the Weekender includes a programme of workshops and talks similar to those within the inKERBator programme. Whether you’re a budding entrepreneur or just love your food, each day brings a different experience where you can learn the tricks of the trade as well as future food trends from industry experts.

Each day a rotating panel of judges will put their taste buds to the test trying all 25 dishes on offer, with live reporting on the top contenders via KERB’s social channels. At the end of the Weekender, one trader will be crowned with the “Future of Street Food” award.

Along with KERB alumni, plus some of the capital’s finest food journalists and Instagrammers on the judging panel, KERB is making all food dreams a reality by inviting you to become the Simon Cowell of street food. The three lucky Londoners picked will take part in Saturday’s judging panel and will win a KERB gold card*. To enter send an appetising application on why you have the skills and experience to vote for London’s best food to [email protected] by Friday 12th April.
