On Saturday 27 April, leading US travel website The Points Guy, the go-to place for points, air miles and all things travel related, will open the doors of its first concept store.
For one day only, visitors will be able to discover the brand through a series of fully immersive activations which emulate the airport experience travellers have before flying.
Located at 17 Floral Street, Covent Garden and split across three levels, visitors will check in via The Points Guy UK style arrival desk where they’ll have the opportunity to create their own branded postcards via a fully interactive photobooth. Allowing them to take centre stage and pose in front of a series of memorable backdrops, once their postcard is designed, visitors will then move on to the second stage of the pop up - a state of the art airport style lounge, where they’ll be offered insider knowledge, advice and tips on everything from how to fly First Class for (almost) free, to the best airlines for families.
Once they’ve learnt how to maximise their future travel experience, visitors will then head down to The Points Guy Duty-Free shop, where they can win a selection of prizes in the claw style vending machine. Prizes include flight tickets, airmiles, AVIOS points and branded merchandise.
The one-off event brings the biggest US travel website to life and marks its highly anticipated UK launch.
