We’re relaunching our monthly meet-up for everyone working in food and drink who wants to, or does already, drink more mindfully. Join us on the 2nd Monday of every month as we explore some of the best venues for low and no alcohol drinks across London, with some guest speakers along the way.
We’re kicking off with our founder Laura in conversation with Catherine Salway about the highs and lows of running an alcohol-free venue. Catherine is the founder of Redemption, alcohol-free gastrobars, which opened their first pop up in 2013 and now have three successful bar restaurants in Notting Hill, Shoreditch and Covent Garden - described by The Guardian as ‘the best-executed booze-free bars in the world’
We’ll be at Bow Street Tavern in Covent Garden who have a great range of low and no drinks including Erdinger, Adnams Ghost Ship, Brewdog Nanny State, Seedlip, and Square Root.

The social is open to anyone in or alongside the hospitality sector, whether you have already cut down or quit drinking, are exploring your relationship with alcohol, or just fancy a non-boozy social event.
