Is IBS or IBD affecting your life and you don’t know what to do about it?
Do you want to learn more about the microbiome?
Are you fascinated by the gut-brain connection?
Simply want to know how to keep your gut happy?

Join us on 6th June in Central London from 6:30pm for an evening of informal gut health chat with a mix of medical experts and innovators. This event will be a platform to share the latest research and innovations in gut health and IBS, and will showcase leading researchers, clinicians and entrepreneurs dedicated to improving digestive care.

Among other things, we will zoom in on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), the most common digestive disorder. 1 in 5 people suffer with IBS and while awareness is growing, we want to help share as much information and answer as many questions that you may have. We’ll be hosting not one but two expert panels and serving up gut-friendly nibbles and drinks.

The first panel will feature medical professionals, including Peter Whorwell, Professor of Medicine and Gastroenterology, who can help answer those burning questions like:
What is IBS and why do I have it?
How do I manage stress with IBS?
Is the gut really known as the second brain?
What are the latest scientific discoveries on looking after our gut?

The second panel features the movers and shakers in gut health innovation, including the founders of Zemedy, a personalised digital solution for IBS and gut health, IBDrelief, Foodmarble, and The Gut Stuff.

Plus you’ll be in a room full of like-minded gut health enthusiasts and IBS folk who you get to mingle with. What could be better!
