On May 17/18/19 PopUpMarketSicily, in collaboration with P&A events, returns to London for the fifth year with its well-known Sicilian-themed event: SicilyFEST.

The Boiler House (also known as Brick Lane Food Hall), a stunning industrial brick warehouse venue in the heart of East London's revolutionary arts and media quarter, will be hosting for the second time this celebration of Sicilian gastronomy. A unique, exciting and not to be missed experience for the London foodie.

SicilyFEST will give Londoners a taste of what it feels like to walk down a Sicilian street market. A food&wine extravaganza showcasing all of the deliciousness the sun-drenched island in the heart of the Mediterranean has to offer. The perfect place to head down and grab a bite to eat or stock up the cupboards with fresh produce and speciality foods.

SicilyFEST will run for three days, from Friday 17th of May to Sunday 19th: three days to enjoy the tantalising array of stalls which will mainly focus on Sicilian food produce, wine and drinks.

Visitors will – literally - have a taste of Sicily thanks to a wide selection of cannoli, arancini, panelle, gourmet panini, pasta, marmalades, jams, sweet and savoury preserves, desserts, cakes, gelato, liqueurs, craft beer and Sicilian wine. Every mouthful will give visitors a sense of Sicily’s intoxicating vitality.

“Made in Sicily” means also creativity and art: over the three days visitors will be able to enjoy a Sicilian craft corner, art and photography exhibitions by Salvo Olimpo and Claudio Arezzo di Trifiletti, a music live exhibition by Camera a Sud and dj set by Jerry Prestigiacomo, in addition to free master classes by Chef Enzo Oliveri (president of FIC-UK), and Chef Carmelo Carnevale (President of APCI-UK), food tastings and 2 special workshops for children on Sunday morning.

Young visitors will also find a kids creativity corner, in collaboration with the charity organisation Children do Matter, to create colourful Sicilian-inspired masterpieces!

SicilyFEST, a Festival of all things Sicilian, a tasty and visual feast, for the stomach as well as the eyes.

Spring into Summer with SicilyFEST!
