On Thursday 25th July at 7.30pm, in the heart of London, the walls of St Martin-in-the-Fields will resound to the music of Beethoven and Rachmaninov performed by the stunning Piccadilly Sinfonia, under the baton of international conductor, Colin Touchin.

This evening’s programme offers a feast for your musical senses, with the brilliant Piccadilly Sinfonia and popular british pianist Warren Mailley-Smith in a performance of Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 2.
Universally loved for its ravishing harmonies, seductive melodies and hugely demanding piano part piano part, Rachmaninov’s 2nd Piano concerto was used extensively in the film ‘Brief Encounter’ and has become one of the most beloved pieces of classical music ever written.
The second half of the concert features Beethoven’s masterpiece, the Symphony No. 5 under the baton of the great british conductor, Colin Touchin
