We’ll start by getting honest — changing the negative dialogue is hard work that can’t be fixed in one yoga class. We’re here to plant the seed and build tools to tend to that idea every day moving forward. We’ll flip the negativity on its head (we’ll throw in a few flips for your body, too) by spending a class romancing and strengthening focused parts of the body.
