Lucky Voice Anti - Hangover Breakfast Club

Private room karaoke company Lucky Voice has launched an Anti-hangover Breakfast Club for city-slickers at its new Holborn venue, helping revellers to tackle the effects of a weekend blow out before they head to the office.

As much fun as long weekends are, there’s nothing worse than heading to work with a pounding head, full of dread for the day ahead. The karaoke hotspot (a favoured haunt for work hard, play hard professionals in the area) decided to launch the club for punters eager to make use of its 4am licence.

The sing-a-long breakfast includes a mood-boosting karaoke playlist, with uplifting tracks scientifically proven to drive endorphins, the ideal off-set for too many vinos the night before. Tracks include Pharrell Williams’ Happy, Katrina and The Waves’ Walking on Sunshine, and U2s’ It’s a Beautiful Day, to name a few.

So what’s on the menu for weary guests? Fresh hot bacon rolls served with lashings of tomato sauce. For those that can booze no further, there’s Bottomless Bloody Marys on tap, ice-cold Berocca Martinis and non-alcoholic caffeine shots. There is even a special Prairie Oyster Cocktail for those brave enough, packed full of ingredients scientifically proven to cure a hangover, including egg yolk and Worcestershire sauce.

After guests have sung their way to sober, they’ll leave feeling on top of the world. However, for those still in need of a quick spruce to hide puffy eyes, booze breath and a good scrub, they can utilise Lucky Voice’s emergency ‘office preparation’ kit, which includes a steam press for creased shirts, make-up wipes, deodorant and plenty of mints. The team will even book your Uber, to get you to the office on time. The boss will never know….
