Hampshire Food Fare at London's Borough Market

Hampshire’s rich food heritage and varied landscape make it a hot spot for food lovers. Award-winning local food group, Hampshire Fare is proud to be bringing a dose of the countryside to London’s iconic Borough Market for a two-day Hampshire showcase.
Borough Market is committed to providing an ever-changing offering of regional produce.

There will be an opportunity to meet the makers and be tempted by sparkling wine, cheese, watercress, trout, wasabi, rapeseed oil, vinegars, cider, biltong and fish cakes.

To mark World Gin Day on the 8th June, Winchester Distillery will be there with bottles of their award-winning Twisted Nose gin made with Hampshire watercress.

Chef Hayden Groves will take to the Demo Kitchen on Friday to showcase Hampshire. On Saturday Damian Brown from Winchester's The Chesil Rectory will cook up his favourite local ingredients. There will also be talks and demos from The Wasabi Co and The Watercress Co.
