Dinner With Friends with Shaun Whitmore x Marcus Samuelsson

Red Rooster’s Culinary Director, Marcus Samuelsson, will be hosting the evening, alongside Shaun Whitmore of Berber & Q. South African born but now familiar Londoner, Shaun has worked his way through kitchens in the capital from Hix to John Salt and finally heading up Berber & Q. Now with his own project Win Some, Shaun celebrates the English seasons and utilises nose to tail eating alongside pickling and fermenting.

Diners can expect a combination of British and American Soul Food with highlights which include baller donut, preserved lemon crema and caviar, fish taco injera with wasabi aioli and fried broccoli & marmite emulsion.

Guests will indulge on a bespoke menu crafted by Marcus and Shaun, paired with a Veuve Cliquot rosé champagne cocktail, all while enjoying live entertainment from Harris Adams.
