Following the sell-out success of last year’s ‘Yoga on the Roof’ sessions, Up at The O2 are pleased to announce a new Wellbeing Series for London’s fitness fanatics!
Kick start your summer fitness goals with this unique wellbeing event. Enjoy the full climb experience over one of London’s most famous landmarks, with a 50 minute yoga or HIIT session whilst on the rooftop. The Hour Wellbeing are running sessions every Saturday throughout summer on the 27th July, 3rd August, 10th August, 17th August and 24th August at 8am.
Up at The O2’s alternative location offers a moment of peace and quiet in the busy summer period. Clear skies showcase the panoramic sights with landmarks visible up to 15 miles away. It’ll be like no other workout you’ve ever done before.
Whether you’re up for a high intensity, cardio workout this summer or a relaxing and peaceful yoga session, the Wellbeing Series has you covered. Get active and book tickets as this event is not one to miss!
Sessions are suitable for all skill levels. Please arrive in your own yoga or workout kit, including socks; all climbing equipment, yoga mats and blocks will be provided by Up at the O2.
