Regeneration? Redevelopment? Gentrification?

This fast moving comedy hurls headlong into the housing debate. Hipsters clash with locals, councils find strange bedfellows, and the homeless take over the estate.

2019 marks 100 years of Council Housing, what will be left a century on? As house prices rise and rents rocket, is the writing on the wall for what's left of diverse, patchwork London and its mixed communities?

We all have views on property, so come and see the show and have your say - with post-show discussions every night (details below).

Ten minutes' walk from Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line), just off Seven Sisters Road. Buses 259, 279, 253, 254

This venue has been chosen because it's next door to Woodberry Down Estate, where the writer previously lived. New River Studios allows easy access for council tenants, home owners, private renters and warehouse residents.
