As part of Last Frame Smartphone Film Festival & Leytonstone Loves Film
Tangerine will be screening at Leytonstone Library Sunday 29th September
Shot entirely on an iPhone, Tangerine follows Sin-Dee Rella, a transgender sex worker in Hollywood who discovers her boyfriend has been cheating on her.
Tangerine is directed by Sean Baker (The Florida Project) and it premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2015.
The film will be followed by a panel discussion with LGBTQ+ filmmakers, curators and writers in London, looking at how queer filmmaking and DIY filmmaking often go hand in hand. Panel will be open for audience questions and interaction is encouraged.
