FREE cookery demo with Stephen Harris from Michelin starred gastropub, The Sportsman

Borough Market will be hosting a free live cooking demonstration with renowned chef Stephen Harris.

Stephen, chef patron of Michelin starred gastropub by the sea, The Sportsman, in Seasalter, Kent, will be in lively conversation with Borough Market’s resident chef, Luke Mackay while they showcase food preparation skills and cook dishes from the best of Borough Market’s fresh produce. They will demonstrate delicious recipes for the audience to taste using seasonal fish, meat and vegetables sourced that morning from the Market’s expert traders.

Seated tickets for the event, which will take place at the Borough Market’s popular Demo Kitchen in the glass fronted Market Hall, are available free of charge via EventBrite.
