Let’s Dance: Whine Twerk & Werk!

We’re back with another Let’s Dance Whine Twerk & Werk! Get ready to feel good from the inside out in this super fun session catering to your mind, body and soul. Get fitter, gain confidence and increase your rhythmic ability whilst learning a new dynamic routine! Toning and building stamina through dance to FULLY CHARGED sounds of Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeats, RnB and Trap. It’s a vibe! All shapes, sizes, fitness and dance levels of women are WELCOME.

PREPARE FOR:

Booty jiggling; Strut walking; Hair flicking; Slut dropping; Pelting waist and more in this safe space and supportive network of Goddesses

PLEASE BRING:

Active Wear – an outfit you can move freely in but also feel good in! Work out wear such as leggings or shorts and a vest top are popular choices

Knee Pads – are useful for floor work or thigh high socks, but you can also attend without them

Water – to keep you hydrated
