Explore how to use photo-collage to create new meanings and narratives from images, with artist Cherelle Sappleton.

This hands-on workshop will take inspiration from Autograph's current exhibition by Lina Iris Viktor and her use of tactile, intricately layered surfaces to imagine new narratives of blackness and the body.

You're encouraged to bring your own? photographs, family snaps, archives or found images to feed into the creative process. Reproductions from Autograph's archive will also be provided.

The afternoon will start with a guided exhibition tour of Some Are Born To Endless Night — Dark Matter, and? end with an opportunity to share and reflect on the process and resulting creations.
