The London Illustration Fair

The London Illustration fair (LIF) is celebrating its 6th birthday with an abundance of installations and workshops from the likes of Alice Tams and design duo Rude.

The celebrated weekend will be jam packed with artwork, workshops, talks and much more from some of the world’s most renowned artists and designers. Returning for a fun filled 3 day festival at the much loved Bargehouse at Oxo Tower Wharf on the Southbank, the fair appeals to illustration enthusiasts and alternative Christmas shoppers alike.
The LIF 2019 will feature a showcase of both first time exhibitors and big names, with over 60 artists exhibiting and selling their work. The workshops and talks programme is bigger and better than ever; with workshops, masterclasses, entertaining discussions and in- depth industry talks.

Special guest Alice Tams will be painting a large scale interactive mural in front of a live audience! Visitors can enter an Instagram competition in the lead-up to the fair, with the chance to have their portraits immortalised as pigeons within the mural!

Rude (design duo, Abi and Rupert Meats) will be our Featured Studio for LIF2019 and will be exhibiting a selection of their posters, as well as hosting a printmaking workshop. Rude will also be designing and creating a giant mural for our entrance space in their iconic colourful style.
