Set to sweat: Canary Wharf announces Strong Island 2.0 classes for October
Holistic health and fitness festival returns to the Estate

London, October 2019:Strong Island 2.0, the strength and wellbeing festival, continues its residency at Canary Wharf this autumn. October boasts a mix of new and unique sessions tailored to exercise both the mind and body like nowhere else in the capital.
This utopia of wellness, masterminded by wellness ambassador Carli Wheatley, proved to be a box-office success throughout July and August with sell-out classes. Tickets for the upcoming fitness activities are available in limited numbers at various prices, so fans are urged to book early to avoid disappointment.

Strut Summit After Dark with Zoe McNulty (18th October)
Strut your stuff through this collection of classes hosted by the Sexy Mother Strutter herself, Zoe Mcnulty. As Headmistress of the School of Strutt, and a plus size fitness instructor/dance teacher, Zoe truly believes that everyone has the right to feel wonderful in their own skin, no matter what their shape or size.
School is in session at Canary Wharf this October, as the Headmistress, alongside some special guests, will bring a night of strut-ospheric dance classes and performances. These include BodyLanguage, the sensual dance aerobics session; Divanomics, a class that focuses on releasing your inner diva to a soundtrack of super-sass; and Strutlogy, a dance routine set to empower individuals and boost self-confidence.
Strong Island 2.0: Day Party (19th October)
Strong Island 2:0 Day Party is designed to make you sweat and shed. The experience kicks off with the AK Fit Club, whose cheerleader founders Andi and Kim will cheer you through a 45-minute skip HIIT class.
Next, you’ll join iconic fitness trainer Faisal Abdall, or Mr PMA, who teaches how to develop a positive mental attitude (PMA) for getting fit, whilst taking participants through his body sculpting regime.
Thalia Burt will also be joining the Day Party to guide attendees through a Jane Fonda inspired workout. Set to the sound of high energy tunes, this fitness medley of dance, boxing, and functional movement exercise will be a sure-fire way to hit every muscle in the body.
