The knock-on effects of stress, anxiousness and overwhelm can impact many areas of our well-being, but one main area of concern being the quality of our rest and sleep.

Establishing healthy sleep patterns and pro-active stress strategies can shift you from surviving to thriving. They will help you live a happier life with more energy, better focus & purpose, more connected relationships and improved physical and emotional health.

Sleep helps us respond to stressful situations more effectively. However, how we spend our waking day, and how stressed or wound up we feel can negatively impact our night-time sleep. It’s can be a vicious cycle, which ultimately effects not only our own health, energy levels, emotional well-being but our relationships with family and colleagues, our performance at work, and our ability to find solutions to these issues.

We combine the latest research in neuroscience, psychology and well-being with effective coaching techniques to change the way you look at the stress producing events in your life, help you regain control of the way your mind and body respond to these events, understand the relationship between sleep and stress, and how to use these as the foundations to establish healthy sleep and stress management strategies long term (not just for a single day or night)

Dr Katharina Lederle - Founder and Head of Sleep at Somnia

Dr Kat (PhD) is a sleep scientist and chronobiologist who is passionate about supporting people to thrive by helping them sleep well. She helps people understand more about sleep and how ‘healthy sleep’ is the foundation for good physical health, emotional well-being and performance. Dr Kat has substantial experience in delivering workshops and seminars and offers 1-2-1 sleep therapy.

Charlotte Roden - Founder of Reset Leadership - Embrace Stress

Charlotte had a successful, 20+ year, high pressure career in Investment Banking, giving her plenty of experience of the impact of stress both personally and from those around her. Embrace Stress was born from a desire to put you in the driving seat - harnessing the positive, motivating impact of pressure, but also discovering tools to help you thrive through adversity. Charlotte currently works as an Executive Coach with 1-1 clients and group workshops.
