TENGA, the sexual wellness brand, is opening the conversation around self-loving this Valentine’s Day with the return of its popular Trend Talk: TENGA Talks. This edition, ‘Touching on Taboos’ will open up the conversation about self-loving… whether you’re in a relationship or going solo.

The Trend Talk on Thursday 6 February 2020 at the ACE Hotel, Shoreditch, will cover topics such as: Why do people masturbate? Is there a difference between self-pleasure when you’re single and in a relationship? And, are sex toys still a taboo for many of us?

With a recent report revealing that 38% of men and 34% of women in the UK have lied about masturbating and 37% of Brits have never spoken to their significant other about it*; ahead of Valentine’s Day this year – TENGA is opening the conversation around your sexual relationship with… yourself!

TENGA Talks: Touching on Taboos will bring together expert panellists to talk about the subject and why – despite 64% of Brits believing that masturbation is a form of self-care – self-pleasure remains a taboo for many and why although 90% claim their have better orgasms when using sex toys, they are still the ultimate self-pleasure secret.

Hosted by TENGA Ambassador, Journalist and Radio One Presenter Alix Fox, who will be joined by our panel of sexperts, TENGA Talks: Touching on Taboos will ignite an in-depth, relevant and spicy conversation and answer any audience questions that might be aroused.

The TENGA Talks: Touching on Taboos sexperts include:
• Hannah Witton - Sex and Body Positivity Influencer
• Franki Cookney - Sex and Relationships Editor
• Dr Anand Patel – GP specialising in sex, and co-host of The Pleasure Podcast
• James McConnachie – Author of ‘The Rough Guide to Sex’
