The Property Investor Show is the UK’s number one event for the most up to date information and news on all aspects of investing in residential property.

The event is always very well attended by both exhibitors and the property inquisitive public and this year is set to eclipse 2019’s success which saw close to 6000 property people attend over the two days.

The event has a proven track record in attracting the sector’s major names. The list of previous exhibitors includes the NLA; RBS; Octopus; Galliard Homes; Bellway; Berkeley Homes; IKEA; London Borough of Enfield; Direct Line; Habito; Post Office Mortgages; the Deposit Protection Service; Savills; JLL; PurpleBricks; Sobha Realty; Barnard Marcus; Hamilton Fraser, YOPA; SpotaHome, Northwood and Bradleys estate agents.

This year’s show will maintain the range of high profile speakers and seminars similar in number to the 80 that were so successful at last October’s event.

Ben Beagle, boss of the NRLA, the newly merged National Landlords Association (NLA) and Residential Landlords Association (RLA), will be a key-note speaker and will explain publicly for the first time the rationale behind the proposed merger, its previously reported delay, and the implications and benefits, as he sees it, for their 80,000 members. He’ll be taking questions too.

The list of confirmed speakers includes … Simon Zutshi, Richard Bowser, David Sandeman, Mike Bristow, John Howard, Tony Gimple, John Howell and Paul Mahoney. Kate Faulkner and Paul Shamplina also return as speakers and panel hosts.

Over the next few weeks, further speakers are due to be announced including some big industry names and, possibly, some political attendees too.

The debate program will include topical and contentious subjects such as:
Deposit Protection: The New Alternatives
Portals: What is the Future? Who Wins?
State of the Market: Outlook
Peer to Peer Property Investing: A Good Bet?
Short Lets: Move Over, AST’s?
Buy-To-Let Mortgages: Are They Evolving?
The Politics of Housing: The Likely Changes To Policy and Regulation

All seminars and debates are interactive and audience participation and participation by way of Q&A is actively encouraged.

Expect to see an international focus too both in terms of international investors keen to take advantage of a weaker pound by buying here; and developments in countries including Spain, USA, Cyprus, Dubai, Turkey and Nigeria for those preferring opportunities overseas.

Admission to the show and its seminar & debate program is free but registration is required.
