The UK's pioneering world jazz ensemble Grand Union Orchestra presents a special evening concert at Rich Mix in Shoreditch in their long running programme Bengal to Bethnal Green. Directed by internationally renowned tabla player Yousuf Ali Khan to coincide with a year long celebration in 2020-21 of the 50th anniversary of Bangladesh's independence, the concert will feature Amith Dey singing songs of Lalon, ragas and modern ballads accompanied by virtuoso musicians from Grand Union Orchestra.
