Post Punk Podge / Cruiser / Shergar - The Irish invade London

The Black Heart turns green on May 29th as three of Ireland's finest bands infiltrate the capital for a Post Brexit, Post Punk assault.

Returning to the UK for the first time since last year's legendary Glastonbury appearance, Post Punk Podge and the Technohippies headline another high octane show full of their unique blend of Punk, Electronic, Krautrock, Techno, Irish Traditional Music and Hip Hop.

Joining them on the night are fellow Limerick band Cruiser, who specialise in blending shoegaze with wham-bam punk rock at an ear- shattering volume. The band have gained a reputation as a live act full of sweaty sing-a-longs and high energy head bopping numbers.

Opening up the evening will be two-piece metal band Shergar, the world’s first concept band about Ireland’s most famous horse and his mysterious disappearance.

People want answers, and the duo aims to get to the bottom of the mystery, through the medium of distorted bass, drums and indecipherable vocals. A must-see for any fans of true crime out there!
