Florence knew that fresh air, exercise and being in nature was important for everyone to stay fit and healthy. She designed hospital wards so that her patients got plenty of sunshine and fresh air. And there is even a Nightingale Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show this year to celebrate her bicentenary! So come along and join us in this garden-themed craft!

And discover more about Florence and her passion for nature come along and meet her at 11.00am and 12.30pm. She’ll tell you all about her life and how she became the most famous nurse in the world, against her parents’ wishes.

Florence performances at 11:00am and 12:30pm (30-40min in duration)
Flower pot painting crafting at: 2-4pm (last seating 3:30pm)

The pots are £1.00 each and we will supply pots and paints. Soil and plants not included.
