Women’s Health, the fastest growing international women’s magazine, has announced the return of its Women’s Health Live festival. The event, which will take place on 3rd – 5th April 2020 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, is designed to champion the future of wellness and fitness with tickets starting from just £20.

Running for three days, visitors can expect a number of different experiences with highlights including a series of wide-ranging panel discussions and workouts with some of the world’s leading wellness, fitness and nutrition experts. Boasting a stellar line-up throughout the course of the weekend, Women’s Health Live will welcome speakers including Kayla Itsines, Jillian Michaels, Anna Victoria, AJ Odudu, Binky Felstead, Krissy Cela, Gemma Atkinson, Vogue Williams, Katie Piper, Alice Liveing, Melissa Hemsley and many more.

In addition to the Women’s Health main stage, the event will host a number of different areas for consumers to discover, including the Beauty Stage, the Zen Den, and the Science and Nutrition Stage. Plus, there will be a series of different fitness spaces including the Sweat Studio, the Yoga & Barre Studio by Fabletics, the Cardio Studio by Fiit and the Functional Studio by Third Space where visitors can try out state-of-the-art workouts from some of the capital’s leading exercise experts.

The Beauty Stage will feature leading skin and hair experts covering everything from anti-ageing skincare and make-up to organic beauty and maintaining the perfect smile
The Zen Den will be an area specifically dedicated to mental health. A cocoon of tranquillity to learn the more holistic approaches to supporting your mental wellbeing

The Science and Nutrition Stage will give visitors the chance to hear science-backed truths from top experts who will be discussing everything from sleep and genetics to injury prevention and healthy eating myths
Fitness spaces will also be incorporated into the event, with classes available to be booked online for consumers. These include signature workouts from Third Space, Frame and more to be announced

More than 50 festival stands, including the dedicated Fashion and Beauty Street will showcase a mix of Women’s Health’s best-loved industry-leading brands and favourite boutique labels, so guests can enjoy a little retail therapy and exploration between workouts.

Visitors can join the experience for a single-day visit, or purchase the three-day pass, and can add workout sessions for just £5.
