About the event

As everyone turns to online workouts and yoga tutorials in a bid to avoid gaining weight during the lockdown, why not take things a step further by signing up to acroyoga classes? A more dynamic form of yoga, its specialist move is 'flying', where one person acts as the 'base' for their partner to balance on (but do stick to social distancing guidelines!)

The pose is good for relieving back pain and stress - who doesn't want to feel like they're flying? One of the tutors leading the live classes is Anna Karides, a leading UK acroyoga teacher; sign up via her Instagram page.
