Merchant Square presents Live Online Yoga sessions

Join Charlotte from Maida Yoga every Wednesday at 12;30 for a free session via Instagram Live. For 30 minutes Charlotte will take you through a slow yoga flow designed to alleviate back pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Charlotte teaches a soulful vinyasa flow with a focus on mindful movements, meditation, and relaxation. Classes are for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced yogis.

About Charlotte:
After 10 years of enjoying her own personal yoga practice, Charlotte trained with the Frame Yoga Academy in London to become a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher.
