Switch (aka Dave Taylor, tech thumper Solid Groove and one half of bass bothering duo Major Lazor) only plays a small handful of UK gigs so Scandalism are chuffed to have him. Mixing up house, electro, techno and literally everything in between, Switch smashes through the tracks he mixes, chopping and changing the genres as he goes, but always leaves a lingering sense of jack in his wake.

Also sitting pretty on the line-up is Herve AKA Joshua Harvey. Known for massive tracks like ‘Beeper’ alongside Sinden, tonight the selector and bass man will play ghetto funk, future garage, hip hop, UK funky, dubstep and more, but be assured they will fit nicely with the sound you know and love him for.

Sinden also plays tonight, and is the London producer/DJ best known for his wide-ranging sets that include everything from Baltimore club, baile funk and hip hop to RnB/soul, dancehall, house/electro, Miami bass and grime. He’s recorded a fabric mix in his time, too, and also runs his own label Grizzly as well as collaborating often with pal Herve.

Man Like Me are paying live on the night – they are the weird two-piece electronic band you need in your life, frankly. Made up of Johnny Langer and Peter Duffy, the duo met while at school in North London, and bonded through their mutual love of Tricky, weed and skateboarding. Since then they have released a number of raved-up bangers and torn apart clubs and festivals all over the world.

DJ, promoter and producer Stripes also plays, as does Mele, so make sure you get on down to XOYO for some heavy beats and bass action tonight…
